Frequently asked questions
What counts as an event?
One inbound HTTP request accepted by an ingest URL. Retries and replays are free and never count against your quota.
What happens if I go over my plan?
We keep accepting events. On Free we pause forwarding until the next cycle; on Pro overage is billed at $0.02 per 1,000 events.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Where is my data stored?
In the region you pick when creating the workspace: US East, EU West (Frankfurt) or AP South. Payloads are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
